Validity of service

The helpdesk service ending after the customer has spent 5 applications included in the package TeckRemote. To return the remote service, you must subscribe to the service again.

Operation

The TeckRemote is open all working days, from 9.30-1.30, at 2.30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

The customer can enjoy technical assistance via email, phone or remote intervention.

The request for action can be done by email, by phone or through the form on our website TeckRemote. In case of an application be made by email should contain information that is requested through our site TeckRemote form.

The client can only ask for TeckRemote service after you have been identified as client, stating the number of contract given after subscription.

It is the responsibility of customer to adopt the necessary measures to protect against fraudulent use of third-party TeckRemote service; Teckremote agent will provide assistance to any person who transmits requested identification data, even if is not the Subscriber.

The applications were received through the site, or by e-mail will be processed within less than 24 hours after receipt of the same (considering only working days);

Requests for intervention

If a contact made by the customer are described several "issues", each request for intervention will correspond to each problem.

Remote assistance

The remote assistance objective is to facilitate the diagnosis of the problem described by the customer and expedite the resolution process. Remote assistance can only be carried out at the request and with permission of the client.

Legal aspects

The agent TeckRemote assumes that all the software used by the client is original, and is duly legitimized.

Is the sole responsibility of the customer with all the consequences that occur from the use of unlicensed or illegal software.
